Industar-22 on Leica M

The infinity lock on my I-22 fouls the guard collar around the lens release button on my M3 making it hard to attach to the camera, and preventing focusing to infinity; on my M4P (which lacks the guard collar) the I-22 infinity lock fouls the frame preview lever. (This despite it already being bent slightly away from the camera body.) In either case it's a major hassle getting it on and off the camera.
